Shipping
Processing within two working days after receipt of the order, by B Mail as standard. We reserve the right to divide large or heavy deliveries into several packages.

Payment options
Invoice (only within Switzerland), credit card, TWINT or PostFinance Pay. By PayPal for foreign orders only.

Shipping costs incl. packaging
Switzerland: CHF 9.80 per order*

Europe and worldwide: graded by weight (goods plus packaging) according to Swiss Post rates www.post.ch, packing extra.

Currency: Swiss franc (CHF)

Returns
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of tea, herbs, and other food items. However, in justified individual cases, a return is possible upon prior agreement.

If a return is made due to an error on the part of the customer (e.g., incorrect order, mismatched expectations), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred. This also applies to any customs or import duties on international shipments. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will, of course, cover the associated costs.

Unless otherwise agreed, the return must be made within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise.

Special Circumstances
EU Anti-Dumping Duties:
The EU has imposed anti-dumping duties of 79% on ceramic goods from China. Unfortunately, shipments from Switzerland are not exempt if the goods originate in China.

U.S. Tariff Policy:
Due to the fluctuating U.S. tariff policy and the unpredictable additional costs involved, we are refraining from shipments to the U.S. until further notice.

* Many retailers advertise “free shipping” these days. In most cases, however, the shipping costs are already factored into the retail prices. This is especially true for online-only retailers, who don’t have in-store prices and can therefore spread their shipping costs across all products.

We do things a little differently: Our sales prices are calculated independently of shipping costs. The costs for packaging materials, careful packaging, and postage are therefore billed separately. This way, our customers only pay shipping costs when their order is actually shipped.
