Fresh not yet opened buds (Chaya) from old Pu Er tea trees (Gushu) in Yunnan, produced as a white tea. They are not tea trees in the strictest sense, but trees of a different type of camellia. Gushu Chaya are exposed to the sun for a long time to wilt.
