Maccha Kyoto

A simple Maccha from the Uji tea region, balanced and yet full bodied. (English transcription: Matcha Kyoto). Well suited as culinary grade for maccha latte, for baking and for other sweets with maccha. Of course, it also tastes wonderful as ceremonial matcha. Gently harvested with hand-held harvesters and ground by stone mill.
