Zhang Ping Shui Xian

A beautiful und particular tea made from very large leaves of the Shuixian tea plant variety. A good, green Oolong that went through a long withering process, to then be tossed and oxidised in air conditioned, cool rooms. Through the long withering, the tea goes through a more intense oxidation and through the cool temperatures the tea remains fresh and green. Pressed into a small chunk.
