Tan Bei Zhang Ping Shui Xian

A Zhangping Shuixian of great quality being produced in small quantities, lightly roasted over charcoal. Very well produced, with a more pronounced oxidation than is usual for Zhangping Shuixian. The oxidation takes place at room temperature and only the second tossing of the leaves and the resting in the late night takes place in an air-conditioned environment, resulting in a greener freshness. Pressed into a small chunk.
