Dian Hong (Yunnan-black tea)

He Kai Shai Hong

6CHS
Very nice black tea from Hekai, located between Nannuoshan and Bulangshang, from older tea trees that are less than 100 years old. Shaihong can be translated as "sundried black tea". Since recently many places in Yunnan have started sun drying black teas as it is done during the traditional processing of raw Pu Er, instead of drying them in the oven (as is usually the case).
