Maccha Kotobuki

A simple Maccha from the Yame tea region, strong and full-bodied with the characteristic roasted notes. (English transcription: Matcha Kotobuki). Well suited as culinary grade for maccha latte, for baking and for other sweets with maccha. Of course, it also tastes wonderful as ceremonial matcha.
