Maccha Kotobuki

A simple Maccha from the Uji tea region, balanced and yet full bodied. (English transcription: Matcha Kotobuki). Well suited as culinary grade for maccha latte, for baking and for other sweets with maccha. Of course, it also tastes wonderful as ceremonial matcha.
