Maccha Kirishima

Finely ground Tencha from the south of the island of Kyushu. Keep in the fridge (English transcription: Matcha Kirishima). Well suited as culinary grade for maccha latte, for baking and for other sweets with maccha. Of course, it also tastes wonderful as ceremonial matcha.
