Anxi Oolong Grade 2

A beautiful Minnan Oolong made from the tea-variety Benshan. Benshan are often sold as Tie Guan Yin, since Tie Guan Yin can be sold at a higher price than Benshan, due to the reputation of the name. The tea has been oxidised while being chilled and it has not been roasted.
