A good Three Years Tea (San Nen Cha), made from roasted leaves and twigs of the tea plant. 3 Year Tea is made by roasting tea leaves that have been aged for three years after harvesting, resulting in a milder, smoother flavor.

How to prepare: quickly roast in a dry pan, fill up with water, bring to a boil, let it steep for a moment and sieve it.
