Hojicha Shizuoka

Wonderful quality of a roasted green tea from Shizuoka. Harvest of stems and leaves exclusively from Yabukita tea bushes from the tea gardens of the Tsuchiya family in the hills behind Shizuoka. The roasting was done relatively soft, which produced a bright coloured tea.
