Ming Jian Bao Zhong

Rather simple, but good and typical Baozhong, from Mingjian, hence from a non-original provenance. Plucked from Jinxuan varietal "Golden Lily". Produced in traditional fashion, which means: a little more oxydized and with fewer of the grassy notes.

The stalks in this batch have hardly been sorted at all, which isn’t very pleasing to the eye – though it makes only a minimal difference to the taste. However, this means that production costs – and therefore the price – are lower.
