Bao Zhong
Bao Zhong literally means "wrapped type", because it used to be wrapped in paper to dry - or because it was sold wrapped in paper. It is one of the few Taiwanese Oolong teas that are not rolled into tea balls. Bao Zhong teas have big, open leaves. Their taste is fresh, light to the palate, tender and flowery-sweetish.
