Yin Jun Mei

Yin Jun Mei, "the silver eyebrow of the noble horse", is the second best quality of the Jun Mei black teas from Tongmuguan at Wuyishan. While the top grade Jin Jun Mei is exclusively made of buds, a bud and a leaf are plucked to craft Yin Jun Mei. Both teas are produced from the same tea plant varietal (either Qi Zhong or Caicha), just like the Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong, however not smoked like the latter.
