A black tea from Georgia for daily life, produced according to the traditional Georgian way, somehow reminding of a Qi Men Gong Fu - the tea trees are originally from Qimen. Around 1850, upon a request by the Tsar, tea plants have been brought from China to Georgia, and since then, black tea is being produced in Georgia. In the rest of Europe, Georgian tea has often gone under the name of Grusinian OP. After Georgia's descent caused by the dissolution of the Soviet union tea is experiencing an increase in the quality of production.
