Georgia Sup is a good black tea from georgia, produced in a way similar Chinese Keemun, the place where the Georgian tea plants originally come from. Around 1850, upon a request by the Tsar, tea plants have been brought from China to Georgia, and since then, black tea is being produced in Georgia. In the rest of Europe, Georgian tea has often gone under the name of Grusinian OP. After Georgias descent caused by the dissolution of the Soviet Union tea is experiencing an increase in the quality of production.
