Bai Mu Dan

Lan Zhi Bai Cha Bing 2009

1BLZ
A nice white tea from Fuding, pressed into cake form just like Pu Er. Like Sheng Pu Er, white tea is withered and sun-dried for a long time, but white teas are not fired nor rolled, and they differ by the plant varieties used and by the locations in which they are grown, hence also by climatic differences. These are factors which have a significant impact on the tea's taste. Stored until 2024 in China. T This tea already shows beautiful notes of maturity. The name Lan Zhi refers to two plants used in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and to the ‘medicinal’ flavour of stored teas.
