Hohin made of clay, glazed inside for the Japanese tea preparation Sencha-do (leaf teas such as Sencha, Gyokuro etc.). Handmade by Maruta Shuichi in the Hoshino ceramic style. Wood-fired in a noborigama (Japanese hanging kiln) called Jugomori in the village of Hoshino.
