Glazed clay cup for preparing sencha-do, grey with stylised blue painted flower. Yunomi means tea cup, literally drinking hot water. Handmade by Maruta Shuichi in the Hoshino ceramic style. Wood-fired in a noborigama (Japanese hanging kiln) called Jugomori in the village of Hoshino.
