The Tea School offers all interested parties, beginners as well as experts, tea drinkers as well as sensory-curious connoisseurs, a gateway to the vastness of the tea world. It offers space to immerse yourself in the diversity of tea and acquire the tools to explore tea in all its facets and embark on a fascinating journey with all your senses. The pleasure of taste, the desire to discover and the encounter with tea form the centrepiece and starting point.

Introductory course

Basics of processing, preparation and sensory analysis

The introductory course focuses on the question of what tea is. The course provides an overview of the different teas and cultures, teaches a language to describe tea and shows different ways to prepare tea.
