Events

In parallel to the Tea School, we organize other events. These are dedicated to different aspects of the tea world. Certainly they are always about enjoying and appreciating unique teas and about the bonding and hospitality of drinking tea.

Japanese tea ceremony

In the Japanese tea room (Chashitsu) you can experience the tradition of hospitality that is deeply rooted in Japanese culture. The gathering over a bowl of Maccha creates a moment of connection between guest and host, in the here and now. In our Chashitsu we offer various opportunities to get to know and experience the Japanese tea ceremony.

Drinking tea in silence

Thanks to our long-standing contacts in China, we now have access to very rare teas. In order to showcase these teas to their full potential, we have created this special format: after a short introduction to the tea in question, it is tasted in silence, using the Gongfucha method, in several infusions. The name of each tea is announced a few weeks in advance in the events calendar.

The tastings revolve around the following three themes: Famous teas from China, Cave de Pu Er, Oolong from the treasure trove.
