Mei Cha (Chun Mee)
Mei Cha is known in the West as Chun Mee. The name refers to the form of the tea and means "eyebrow tea". These teas with small and curbed leaves are of a simpler quality, often from a second plucking. Mei Cha teas are quite strong and tart in taste, yet quite quaffable, too.
