Bai Hao Yin Zhen
Bai Hao Yin Zhen are white teas that are made exclusively from buds. The name literally means "white hair silver needles": Yin Zhen is thus often named "Silver Tips". The "white hairs" refer to the white down on the leaves. The processed tea looks like silver needles. Classical Bai Hao Yin Zhen teas come from the villages of Fuding and Zhenghe (in the province of Fujian, China). Nowadays, this kind of tea is being produced in many different places. Bai Hao Yin Zhen teas are very subtle and light in taste, yet very aromatic.
